How do you get a factory?

Ive played china twice so far, and i still dont know how to get a factory lol. My guess is that you get it with the consulate. I am to worried to search through the allies though in game so i always stick with german for the trickles.

Any other advice on china would be good

u get factory from the russians for 800 export and i think that u keep trickles once u buy them unless im mistaken

ty but i am not sure if russian were even there in the consulate.... when i looked. There were germs brits ports i think then 1 other.

probably was ther but i dont rly remember. Is it better not to do livestock with china then?

you really need tyo learn chna better then, the consulate is there bestyb weapon, russian does + 20 % vilager prdutcion, if u get that and card all units train faster , u get vils in no times, u get the factory from russian for 800 export, allways get russians first to get factory, then once u got that u get trickle cards from german then go onto french for the rest, once fight starts use brits, and btw the trickle cards are constant, u dont need the german conulsta eof rhtem to work.
